The free e-bike bike sharing programme has been made available to all IPKW residents and HAN students.
Healthy and sustainable modes of transport generate more vitality, reduce congestion and help the environment. The IPKW and HAN have, in partnership with Slim & Schoon Onderweg and VNO-NCW set up the e-bike bike sharing programme. The programme is set to kick off with a 12-month pilot project.
Bikes will not only be made available for free for rides between the IPKW and the HAN, but may also be taken out for meetings held outside its gates, rides down town, or for daily commutes. The aim of the pilot project is to also stimulate those currently commuting by car to switch to using public transport in tandem with a bike-sharing solution.
